What's Included?
- Exclusive use of the venue’s upper level
- Fully licensed premises licensed until 1am
- Use of our hospitality team to assist throughout the planning stages and build up to the big day
- Welcome Pimms & soft drink cocktails on arrival
- Canapes on arrival
- 3 Course Wedding Breakfast served to tables
- Evening food as agreed
- Tanners wine for the table (3 bottles per table)
- 1 glass of toast Prosecco per guest
- Use of our round tables, tablecloths & chairs for the day
- Use of our cake knife for ‘cutting the cake’
- 2 x decorated golf buggies made accessible for photography around the Golf Course
Optional Extras
- Balcony ceremony including sound system use for ceremony music: £500
- Evening Firework display: £500
- Use of our sound and light system for evening entertainment: £150
Additional Information
- You will be invited to a menu tasting evening to sample your wedding menu
- An additional fee for day guests above the 40 at £99.50 per extra guest
- An additional fee charged for evening guests above the 40 at £18 per extra guest
- Additional bottles of Tanners wine required on the day will be charged at £18.25 per bottle
- A £1,000 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the venue and date
- 50% of the balance is due 3 months prior to the wedding date with the remaining balance due 1 month before.

The Ceremony
We offer the option to hold your ceremony and party at the venue. Take advantage of the beautiful scenery for your wedding photos with backdrops of the venue and even in the golf course woodland.
Personal Coordinator
Your personal point of contact to deal with every aspect of your special day will be available to help create your perfect day from start to finish.
Catering
We can design the wedding breakfast to fit the requirements of the happy couple. Thanks to our in-house catering team, the only limit is your imagination!
Hold your wedding ceremony at the venue as well as the after-party!
The Reception
Following the ceremony, our newly married couple and guests may enjoy welcome drinks and canapés on our gorgeous balcony. We offer the option of live singing and children’s entertainment, available from trusted partners.
Once your speeches and food service have concluded, hop aboard one of our decorated buggies with your photographer and create lasting memories while your evening guests arrive. You’ll return to cut your cake and share your first dance together.
Party the night away – our bar will be open until 1am with an evening buffet available for you and your guests.
